So you are saying some of us should start taking way more risk, film it and post it to you tube for the amusement of others since we have.nothing to lose?  Oh let us amuse you:)

Short after work flight in blue skys and 60 degree weather.  I tried the small east facing ridge but the forecast wind was not there so went to the Franklins for a quick hike and fly. Tricky launch and landing but no photos or film. Was able to make a few passes,  it may have worked earlier though the sky looked stable. Nice walk back to the van as the sun was setting.

Recently I attended some career related classes and the subject of liability came up, and it was a real eye-opener.

basically be aware of the fact that things you post here, on your facespace mybook and all the other places you may post audio, video, text entries...all are potential avenues to create a case against you. Youtube could be especially damning considering we tend to post those funny (to us) close calls, that could be twisted to show you are a risk taker and loose cannon. I never thought of how much more public every single electronic call, message, etc are forever recorded and subject to scrutiny.

unfortunately there are those that are out to get you, and the more wealth or property you have the more you should consider the above.
