Trolling for expert witnesses

Hi folks,

I received an email today from a "Sonny Song" soliciting for an
expert witness to testify in a legal case involving a mid-air
collision between two paraglider pilots. It appears that this
expert-witness-consulting business is trolling email addresses
across the country looking for people. You may have received
a similar email today.

We've already passed the contact information along to our
corporate attorney, so he's aware of what's going on. I won't
presume to tell you what, if anything, you should do in response.
My own personal response is to ignore it, since it's just a
solicitation and to our knowledge no lawsuit has yet been filed
in relation to this accident. The accident happened some time
ago; I don't have the details of when.

There's no need to notify anyone at USHPA about this; we already
know about it and we'll deal with it going forward.
