Weather looks OK so the event is on! Partly sunny with lighter winds forecast clocking from S to NW during the day. It looks like more wind and rain may arrive in the evening but we should have a good afternoon. Please come out and play.

Here is the scoop:
Check in at the LZ, we want to keep track of who is attending. There is no registration fee.
Radio: standard club freq 151.925
LZ Cell Phone: 503-679-0962 (Mark)
If you arrive later on think about parking at the boat launch and radio for a pick up.
We expect to have a couple of drivers and hope a couple of you with big rigs will lend them out.
Pilot are expected to donate gas cash for rides to launch.
There will be hot dogs and chips for lunch at the LZ.
Events: Spot landing, Duration, Bomb drop, maybe XC.
Prizes for the winners will be given at the next club meeting.
Results will sent out by email Saturday night.
We will need people to help out. I'll have a sign up sheet at registration. I'm looking for volunteers to work the LZ for 1-2 hours. (Record bomb drop and spot landing results, cook hot dogs, be on the radio, etc)
