Help finding a video

Someone (maybe Steve F) posted a video (or a link) of a bad collapse/cascade of events to this list within the past several months.  I think the point of the post was to critique the pilot’s input/over reaction, and I think the video was shot in Europe on an Artik 3.  I can’t find the post.  If whoever posted it could repost or send it to me, I would appreciate it.
