Recently I attended some career related classes and the subject of
liability came up, and it was a real eye-opener.
basically be aware of the fact that things you post here, on your facespace
mybook and all the other places you may post audio, video, text
entries...all are potential avenues to create a case against you. Youtube
could be especially damning considering we tend to post those funny (to us)
close calls, that could be twisted to show you are a risk taker and loose
cannon. I never thought of how much more public every single electronic
call, message, etc are forever recorded and subject to scrutiny.
unfortunately there are those that are out to get you, and the more wealth
or property you have the more you should consider the above.
