I heard recently that Luc Armand (Ozone designer) is working on the M5 to have it ready in spring 2013.
 
If anyone is looking to upgrade from a EN C to an EN D by next spring, and save some money in the process, I may have my M4 for sale by then if the rumor is correct that the M5 will be ready.   As you know the M4 is one of the most passive/stable EN D wings on the market.  
 
My M4 will come with extras:
1. Trim tab risers, that enhance the performance level.  Or the original main risers can be reinstalled.  
2. Custom made concertina bag that matches the wings color scheme.
3. Brand new Ozone large backpack or a custome made backpack for smaller compact loads.
4. Manual and line plan.
