A good turnout of Portland pilots at the weekend work party (7 of us).  The work is almost complete!  Lots of rocks removed and loads of dirt spread.  We had full sun all day, every day but it was cold in the morning (20's).  After working we had nice late afternoon flights each day working light thermals for as long as we wanted.  Pilots Nick, Matt, and Ryan had their first flights there and were very pleased. My best flight was on Saturday when I was able to get about 400' over launch.  I'll post some pics later.

PS. Launch is 7960'+ and the LZ is around 4390' so even a sled ride is pretty awesome.  On Sunday we launched from the East launch which is above 8200'.
