I recieve an occasional email similar to this also, that appears to be sent from someone I have exchanged emails with. 
It must be a new kind of spam.  So, I don't open them but rather delete them.

the ironic thing is everybody sending them is sitting at home working 10 hours a week making 5000 dollars and Dave is just deleting the emails. We must be idiots.
