I recieve an occasional email similar to this also, that appears to be sent from someone I have exchanged emails with.
It must be a new kind of spam. So, I don't open them but rather delete them.

Thanks for the spam. I remember when marketing spam meant trying to sell salty questionable cuts of meat in a tin can. This new version doesn't taste any better!
