Sorry to be slow on the uptake. I forwarded a post to the OHGA list
telling people to how to join CPC if they want to vote, and also how
to monitor the CPC google group even if they are not subscribed.
It's kind of a catch 22. A good name might attract more hang glider
pilots to join. But, I suppose its logical enough that the club would
choose to restrict the name change voting to club members only.
