Hi,
Looks like there is a typo in the administrator guide. The "-f" is for
specifying files so it is looking for a file called index. Just run
"./admin.pl index" and it should work.

I am following the cPath Administrator Guide in installing cPath and

have having problems at step 6.5 Index BioPAX Records .

When I follow the instructions I get these errors:
