    To keep neighbors informed of issues that affect Charlotte Park 

    and take action when needed to protect and improve our neighborhood.

    Charlotte Park Neighborhood

    The association defines Charlotte Park as the neighborhood bordered 

    by the Cumberland River and Annex Avenue, Robertson Avenue and 

    Westboro Drive, Charlotte Pike, and Cabot Drive.
