SFTP Task does work with private key

I get the following error msg when trying to use key file for SFTP
task. why?

Hi,

It looks like the key is in Putty-Private-Key format. We do not
support currently this format. However you can convert easily this key
file to OpenSSH format (which we do support). The process is described
in our FAQ:
