Hey folks.

I'm trying to send e-mails through CRM that I've created through the CRM destination.  I can create the records, but no matter what I set the status of the e-mail to, it doesn't send.  It just sits as that status.  Does anyone have a clever way to set this?  I (erroneously, apparently) thought that setting the status to "Pending Send" would put it into the e-mail router's queue and have it send that way.

Is anyone creating e-mail records in CRM and having them send?

Thanks!

David

Hi David,

I believe you have to use RouteRequest message to assign email activity to a queue. In this way your email will be processed. We have created a reusable script component, which allows you to route messages. Contact us and we will send you a copy.

Ivan
