Parallel Task Issues

When I attempt to set up the Foreach Loop property of the Parallel
Task, I get the error "Failed to retreive active package." regardless
of the Package Connection ("this package", package on server, etc.)

When I try to open the CozyRoc SampleParallelLoop package, I get this
load error:

Error loading SampleParallelLoop.dtsx: Failed to decrypt protected XML
node "Variables" with error 0x8009000B "Key not valid for use in
specified state.". You may not be authorized to access this
information. This error occurs when there is a cryptographic error.
Verify that the correct key is available.

These errors occur on my desktop as well as the server itself.

I'm running:

-- Windows 7 Professional x64
-- SQL Server 2008 R2 SP1
-- 6GB RAM
-- Core i7 (first-gen)

Any thoughts on the issue or a possible resolution?

It turned out that I'd installed SP1 after SSIS+. An uninstall/
reinstall of SSIS+ solved the problem.
