Additional Income

Besides just membership fees, what are some other additional ways that
a permanent Coworking venue can bring in revenue?

Some of the ideas I've had are:
- Sponsorships by local businesses
- Space rental for other local groups (i.e. book clubs, developer
user groups)
- Location specific perks (i.e. Access to space on Market Square
during Sundown in the City)

Any other thoughts?

We should definitely talk about this some more -- one idea is to
generate revenue by generating traffic for things like:

1. Lectures
2. Workshops
3. Movie nights

Would it be popular to set something like this up as a cooperative?
That'd be my first proposal anyway ... :)
