Introducing Nomadz in The Hague

I guess this is a good time to introduce myself to the list as well. I
have been lurking here ever since i got the idea to start a coworking
space myself, first in Amsterdam and later in The Hague (in the
Netherlands) where i live currently.
My name is Tijs Teulings and i'm an indie web developer [1]. Besides
development work i'm involved in a number of things such as fresh.li
[2], the Roomware Project [3] and other for- and non-profit projects
here in the Netherlands. A few weeks back i met Suzanne Gerbenzon who
organized monthly Jelly-like meetings here in the city and we got
talking about the possibility of opening a space here. From then on
things have moved quickly and after signing the lease for a nice
office in a ex-post sorting center turned creative business collective
we can announce our opening september 1st!

We have amassed most of the furniture and it needs a bit of a paint
job but we are quite excited to get started. This will be the first
coworking space in The Hague, although not the first in the
Netherlands [4], and hopefully we can fill it up in a short amount of
time.
Of course if any of you are ever in the area (you never know right?
the international court is just around the corner for instance (-: )
your kindly invited to come over. We have a few drop in desks that are
free, full-time spots are €160/month and part-time €90 [5] Were quite
new to this game and we sort of jumped in head first so here's hoping
it will become something of a success. In any case this list has been
invaluable in getting as far as we have.
