Hi all,

In a fall 2010, Cruzio will be moving into new digs. We've purchase
12,000 square feet of a building that used to house the Santa Cruz
Sentinel newspaper operation -- presses and all!

Here's an article on the building:
http://sanjose.bizjournals.com/sanjose/stories/2010/02/08/story3.html?b=1265605200

I'm also attaching our latest sketches of the ground floor space.

In the top-right corner is the space alloted for our data center
(we're an ISP and hosting company as our day job. We think having
colocation available to coworkers is a really nice mix -- any thoughts?)

Bottom right is the entrance space, greeting counter.

Bottom left is a full-service coffee bar.

Large room in the lower center is a classroom/events room

The open space in the middle-right is planned as tables, chairs,
generally more social area. That whole central area is windows that go
all the way up both stories.

Other areas are a mix of open plan, small office, cubies and carrels.

Any input, thoughts, comments about the general layout would be very,
very welcome.

Cheers!

James
