Hey guys,

The more and more I think about coworking the more i want to start a
space. My business is marketing so I dont think I would have a problem
generating leads and filling a space.

I have been looking at a few spaces but I'm not really sure how big it
should be or how it should be set up.

I plan on joining indyhall in philly to get a feel for things but was
just wondering what I should be looking for.

Again, I'd love to open a space in West Chester, PA.

Any help or tips is much appreciated.

Bill

2,500-5,000 square feet is what I've been told is the profitability
sweet spot.

We're looking for new digs too, so I'd love to hear any other input
from the group.

Thanks,
James
