Hi folks! This is Chad from The Creative Space in Barrie Ontario, Canada. Check out our blog www.thecreativespace.ca We will have been co-working here for about 1.5 years, but just recently took it a new level under the newly launched name "the creative space." The 2nd floor wishes have been slowed due to lack of funds - so we're gunna pack em into our existing space of 1300 s/f. There are 10 of us in here and will be expanding to 14 permeant tenants. Designers, web developers, programers, photographers, video producers, marketing consultants, etc. I'll post some more pics, especially of the building and area. Most windows face a downtown park and the other view...Kemenfelt Bay! Thanks to all who post to this group. It's been so valuable to us. Lots of ideas and most of all - a community to let the na-sayers know, "we're not crazy!!" Well... maybe were a bit crazy. Cheers!!

Congratulations Chad!! It's exciting to hear you guy's are doing so well. I'm in Mississauga which isn't that far hopefully I can eventually make my way down for a visit. We are in the very very early stages of trying to get a space started in Mississauga and I would love to pick your brain about getting a space started.

Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work.
It is great to know that there is always a creative solution ahead; love the new name! I have to admit I am a bit partial...as I describe, for those who aren't familiar with coworking or need a more clarification, "WHERE" with the definition of a work lounge for creatives.

congrats chad!
my business partner and i are very close to opening a space in
toronto. we're very supportive of trevor and jess starting one in
mississauga, and now you as well!
