Space photos - a suggestion

Hi all!

I was reminded by the post about signing up to be a location for films
that we might have some bits of knowledge to offer the group for
getting photos taken of your coworking spaces. We recently posted a
handful of photos we had taken of Office Nomads on the coworking
Flickr group (http://www.flickr.com/groups/coworking/). These were
taken by photographer Christy Kinskey (http://www.flickr.com/photos/
ckinskey/).

If you're interested in getting some nice photos taken of your space,
why not make it an opportunity for a local photographer to get some
experience and build their portfolio? We posted an announcement on a
photo meet-up group site (http://photo.meetup.com/509/), asking any
photographers in our neighborhood know that we were looking for some
nice marketing shots of our space. We got a TON of great responses,
and wound up working with Christy as her style seemed to match our
own. We did the whole thing by trade, and I think we were all really
psyched with the way it turned out.

I'd definitely suggest throwing it out there to your local
photographers - we wound up with some really beautiful shots that
we're excited to use at some events we've been out at throughout the
summer to show people what things look like at Office Nomads. It was
a really great experience and I'd highly recommend it!
