How to approach a new market with the coworking concept?

Hello, just recently me and my family we opened a coworking space in San Antonio TX, we are having trouble explaining to people how coworking works, and also how do we differentiate from GeekKingdom, which is a coworking space by Rackspace. We have advertised on magazines, radio, facebook, twitter, and networking events, but it seems like is not working. Do you have any more ideas? since we almost ran out of those.
