Depends on your market. One idea is to simply make hand out flyers and leave stacks at nearby hotels, campuses, and coffee shops.
Reverse marketing is the best way. Get out and meet people, let them know about the space.

Rania,

1.Seek out local publications (newspaper/industry magazines). They are keen to cover changes/trends.
Provide them with the material on "coworking" and they would happily quote you/your space in the article.

2. Bloggers are a good source too (but that might not sever your purpose as their readership may/may not be local)
This not only helps you get free publicity but also serves a larger purpose of making people aware of "coworking movement"
