Gustavo, as an entrepreneur who will most likely have some business in
the Rio de Janeiro region during the Summer of 2014 I wanted to know
whether or not this will be a permanent co-working location for you
after the World Cup/Olympics have ended or do you plan to just set up
a temporary station that once the influx of users have left the
country will be disposed of? Secondly I was curious about the
investing portion. How much capital was your company looking to raise?
Are there any projections as to what the demand for something like
this would be in that area for this period of time?
Obrigado,
-M

Hey Mike,

Nice to see you're interested on investing in Brasil.

About the coworking spaces, we're interested on invest and explore all
the big cities in Brasil on a permanent manner and Rio de Janeiro is
obviously on our schedule.

Our expansion plans are based on the growing demands of those cities
for coworking spaces as a definitive solution to the small
enterpreneurs and startup companies. Based on our experience and
knowledge of Brazilian continental influences, we'll open new spaces
on strategic cities around the country and after that we'll go on
using the franchising business model.

As I said, we're oppening about 50% of our capital and it represents
around R$ 200.000 (two hundred thousand reais) or US$ 118.000 (a
hundred and eighteen thousand dolars) on today's cotation here.

Well, I think we have discuss it better, maybe by phone or SKYPE, and
I would like to hear from you about other concerns, how much are you
interest in investing here and if you plan to live here too.

When you can, send me a direct e-mail on gustavo[at]coolwork.com.br
with your contacts or add me on SKYPE with the username gustavo.office
so we can continue this negotiation, ok???

Best regards,

Gustavo Coelho
