The discussion the other day about "subdividing the google group" (see here:https://groups.google.com/d/topic/coworking/JjLgygNq0ME/discussion) and Coworking Associations had me thinking more about the models of graceful fragmentation and the positive ways to approach this.
I wrote a post about it last night and thought some people here would appreciate it. As your communities grow, there's some things to keep in mind about how fragmentation and sub communities can actually be a positive growth pattern instead of a negative one.
