Heya!
Is anyone interested in joining together to get a coworking condo for SXSW? Perhaps something like this is already in process?
I'd love to organize if anyone else is interested?

As much as I like emailing back and forth, I was curious if anyone has put together a Twitter list with everyone who is active in this group...or if there is any interest in it? I think for some topics, it would be a bit more efficient and personal.

For what it's worth --
Homeaway.com is based in Austin and manages several properties that
you can lease short-term.
Another option is to look at austin.craigslist.org - many people
simply lease out their houses for SXSW and take a vacation.

I've had one response on my inquiry to the vacation rental group, a friend of mine who has three properties available:
Hancock Modern (2 kings, 2 queens, 2 singles, 2 baths, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry)
Hancock Guest Cottage + separate Guest Nest + separate Loft Hideaway (same location)
(5 queens, 4 baths, 3 kitchens, 3 laundries)
Hancock Ranch House + separate Petite Suite (1 king, 3 queens, 2 baths, 2 kitchens, 1 laundry)
Hancock Petite Suite
Haven't heard from any of the others yet. We'd heard that a lot of the properties are booked pretty early for SXSW.
