What has been the legal entity that the most of you have created to
manage the workspace (e.g. cooperative, corporation, etc.)?

This topic has come up a few times.  Have a look at the conversation threads Coworking Models and Coworking as a business vs non-profit, or do a search in the group for "cooperative" or "co-op"  There is some good info in those discussions.
