Paychecks, paystubs

Hey all,

We're trying to get a little bit more streamlined with regards to paying our employees at Office Nomads. For those of you out there with employees at your spaces, do you use a paystub service like Paychex? We'd love any recommendations you folks might have to help us with our decision.

Yup, we use Paychex.   Used to use ADP, but didn't like that I could access their web-based app only thru IE on a PC.  I heard they've since changed that, but nonetheless, we're happy w/ Paychex.

At our space we used Administaff, a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) to manage our payroll and provide our complete HR administration (benefits, policies etc).   At LiquidSpace, we are also using this approach but are now working with Trinet (same idea... a PEO... just a different provider).

Very flexible. Very easy.  Lets you focus on running your space/business.

Clarification: isn't Administaff only useful once you have 5+ employees?  I've talked to them quite a bit, but we're still only at 4, maybe 5.

Jerome - yes I believe you are correct on their being headcount minimums, though I do recall being able to launch with them with 2-3 employess and a future projection of 5.

Susan - I kid you not, I get called Susan _all_ the time! Even 2/3 of my French teachers called me Suzanne!
Just wanted to add that I am the only one on payroll, so Paychex will do it even for one person.
