business plan for investor types

Just working on a proper business plan for investors. We have a few
interested. Anyone have a sample plan to share to help? I'm talking
to classic BP. Something editable to post in the files section. We
recognize we have to use all our own data and stats - just wanted to
see what's out there. Thanks.

just put up signs in our office windows. 220K people coming to Barrie

I just finished a business plan that I can send you. I have
a cash flow doc you can have if you want, too.
I think there are also a bunch of sample coworking biz plans out
on the coworking wiki.
If I could figure out how to post a doc to this post, I would post for
all to see.

If I only scrolled down lower on the coworking google group
home page I would have seen the whole doc section.
Good stuff out there.
Anyone have any coworking marketing brochures they are willing
to share? Please post or email if so.

space in Portland, Maine, and such a plan will be helpful.
