Hey there. We have two coworking spaces opening in the Twin Cities in
January.

CoCo is my project, along with @kylecoolbroth, and we have a 3-pronged
approach: coworking, colocation for small businesses and a large open
meeting space, which we intend to use for ideation/prototyping
sessions with corporate clients.

Look forward to connecting with other coworking leaders across the
globe over the coming weeks/months!

I'm wondering how are you affording to include printing for your members? This seems so expensive, yet an important service to provide. -Loretta

Check a product called printaudit which allows you to manage your
printer usage by user. www.printaudit.com. I plan on limiting day user
to around 20 pages a day and then manage at a per sheet cost beyond
