Broken exit code?

Every invocation of couchapp seems to exit with -1. I'm using couchapp
in a Makefile, which is probably the only reason I noticed..

I think the attached patch is how it was intended to work.

After sending the e-mail I went and forked couchapp on github and sent
a pull request...

Which do you prefer for patches?

I saw it. Both are ok. For some reason pull request didn't appear in
github so applied the patch.
