color table from COSP BAMS paper

Dear COSP users,

Below you will find links to the color table used in COSP BAMS paper
(i.e., Fig 2 in Bodas-Salcedo et. al 2011).

The .cpt version works for the following graphics packages:

Panoply (http://www.giss.nasa.gov/tools/panoply (http://
www.giss.nasa.gov/tools/panoply)
MatLab (see http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/28943-color-palette-tables-cpt-for-matlab)
GMT (http://gmt.soest.hawaii.edu)

I have also added an example usage for

Matplotlib (http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/)

and a simple text file with the RBG vectors and set of R, G, B lists,
which probably can be made to work with:

NCL/NCAR Graphics (see http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/Scripts/color_12.ncl)
GrADS (see http://www.atmos.ucla.edu/~fovell/AOS180/rgbset.gs)
