The tumultuous Republican primary season continues with votesdue April 3 in Wisconsin and April 24 in Rick Santorum's home state ofPennsylvania. At the April 9 meeting of the Corvallis City Club, OPB political analyst Bill Lunch will discuss theprogress of the 2012 elections to this point. He will look ahead to theRepublican presidential nomination and the fall general electioncampaign. He will also briefly look back at the 2012 legislativesession and the prospects in Oregon for the 2013 session.

The meeting will be held 12 noon to 1:15 p.m. in the Banquet Room of the Renaissance Building, 136 SW Washington St. As always, attendance is free. A Valley Catering lunch is $8 for members and $10 for nonmembers. To register, send email to nickhoutm...@aol.com by April 5 with "City Club April 9" in the subject line.
