Subject: Unable to Install in Ubuntu
I am trying to install it in ubuntu 10.10.
I already have all dependencies and pointing to the right place. Even
so it says that can't find BOOST_LIB_PATH.

Checking for C++ header file boost/version.hpp... yes
Checking for C++ library boost_iostreams-1_42_... no
ERROR : unable to find the boost libraries - check BOOST_LIB_PATH.

I have two Boost Libraries installed. One from Ubuntu sources and
another I compiled myself.
(They are not in the same folder)
I already try the variable BOOST_LIB_SUFFIX and nothing.

Is that a bug? Or maybe I am doing something wrong.

Thanks in advance

The extra underscore on the end of boost_iostreams-1_42_ seems suspicious. What is your setting for BOOST_LIB_SUFFIX? And what format do the names of your freshly compiled boost libraries have?
Cheers...
John
