Upon adding new strings to the language files I came across these strings. They are exactly the same, exept for the fact that the first 2 are 'awards' and the last 2 are 'penalty'. Maybe it's nothing to worry about, but it would be weird to get a positive text on a trophee with a -10 rep penalty. Are these texts correct?

trophy_room.pop_percentage.awards[1] = "Note that you gained a high share of the town population in your hospital in the last year. Well done."
trophy_room.pop_percentage.awards[2] = "Congratulations. A higher share of the local population visits your hospital than any of the other institutions."

trophy_room.pop_percentage.penalty[1] = "Note that you gained a high share of the town population in your hospital in the last year. Well done."
trophy_room.pop_percentage.penalty[2] = "Congratulations. A higher share of the local population visits your hospital than any of the other institutions."

There is apparently an error in the mapping between the original strings and our implementation.

This has been fixed in trunk. If you make a new string dump you should get new strings for penalties.
