I am afraid the phrases "tip of the iceberg" in "frauds upon the
court" do not do the extensive and profoundly evil crimes committed by
DCF
justice.
It is entirely true that the DCF staff get some sort of sick pleasure
in tearing
children from their parents, and the legislators utterly refuse to
listen to our
complaints, and in fact, we are met with the utmost rudeness from them
(Cathy Cook,
and Michael Lawlor, in particular).

Should the DCF's actions be entirely about protecting such a fool from
malpractice
when it is so obvious and I have witnesses ?

WATCHED ME EXECUTE THIS BRAIN DAMAGE?
The damage that was done to myself and my children has no measure,
since it is precisely
the nature of the racketeering and scientific fraud being investigated
by the CT
Attorney General regarding Lyme Disease, yet I also gave all this
information to
James Phillips (88 Noble Ave, Milford, a "forensic psychiatrist for
the State
of CT")- who said Yale's Lyme crimes "should be written up in 'The
New Yorker' magazine," and then said, under oath to prevent being
sued
for malpractice, that what I said about Yale meant I was "like Ted
Kascynski."
And then the DCF criminally charged me with being a "dangerously
intelligent
Unibomber chemist" the very same crap invented for me in my DCF
"trial"-
which never concluded by the way. It concluded only because I was
falsely criminally
charged with being "INTELLIGENT."
This is what the taxpayers are paying for.
James Phillips pretends to be a religious person, too, but for all his
sex-obsessions,
you would never in a million years guess it. They are ALL FRAUDS,
these psychiatrists,
and they know it, and that is the reason I represent a threat to them.
The DCF took my children under an order that stated "ALTHOUGH WE HAVE
NO EVIDENCE
OF KATHLEEN DICKSON's INTENTION TO HARM HER CHILDREN, WE STILL THINK A
GOOD KIDNAPPING WILL BE GOOD FOR THEIR MENTAL HEALTH."
It was a bag job to prevent a malpractice lawsuit against a complete
and total moron
and pervert. And for that my children lost their mother and are being
brainwashed-
as all kids kidnapped are- by their "sociopath" father, Donald G.
Dickson,
Harvest, Alabama.
The moron "judge" John Driscoll refuses to give me the transcripts so
I can sue the perjurers, including Pawcatuck School principal Jane
Guilini, for
not instituting my sick daughter's 504 Special Ed plan. Every single
one of
the State's nitwitnesses against me was perjuring themselves, yet I
was never
allowed to prove it.
I have complained to the USDOJ, but now we all know there is no such
thing.
AT ALL TIMES, an on a daily basis, everyone should stay the hell away
from psychiatrists,
since if you are a victim of child abuse, you and your children will
again be multiply
victimized.
I would like the world to note that this crazy b word who pretends to
be a mother
was so vicious, that my father had to yell at her to stop abusing her
infant, in
front of the extended family, and then she ran away from home:

Unfortunately she did not remain run-away, and is responsible, with
all of her chronic

I showed up at her house and "threatened to slit my own throat" (who

we learned at the depositions that no such thing happened, yet the DCF
continued
to say that these things happened, in court, under oath.
We learned from people who knew me my whole life that I was "never
physically
violent to anyone in my life, OR EVEN AN ANIMAL," yet the person to
whom my
children were given has a domestic violence history a mile long,
including filing
false allegations to the DCF:

For that reason, too, my children were ruined. These types of people
should be
castrated, their medical licenses removed, and they should be barred
from having

Since I was not allowed to sue him for malpractice (the DCF "case" was
about preventing a malpractice lawsuit and not about me and my

Playing Fair With Families

The Department of Children and Families is expected to do what's best
for children
while also being fair to their parents. That can be a difficult line
to walk when
the agency is asking a judge to terminate parental rights. But
difficulty doesn't
excuse the "intellectual dishonesty" that Superior Court Judge Francis
J. Foley III found in one recent case.
The judge rebuked the DCF for "deception" in trying to cut a deaf
father's
legal ties to his son. Caseworkers had downplayed the father's
attempts to maintain
contact with his child despite considerable obstacles - such as no
sign-language
interpreter at half of his appointments. When the father asked for gas
money to
make the trip from Massachusetts, one caseworker pettily insisted he
first provide
a "Google map" showing the distance between his house and his child's
- although she could get it from her own computer in less than a
minute.
Three years ago, Judge Carmen Lopez tore into another state social
worker for outright
deception in persuading the courts to remove a child from her home and
put her in
foster care. The caseworker had withheld information that would have
cleared the
father of suspicion of abuse.
Deception is, of course, unacceptable. Judges depend on DCF's
objective reporting
to make excruciating decisions that can sever families.
The agency must do its utmost to treat all members of a family fairly
and make sure
judges get thorough, reliable, dispassionate information - even when
the natural
temptation may be to pick sides.
