Hi All, I recently put in another 256mb of ram and now when I try to run painter classic I get a message saying it cant run the program because of not enough free memory. My OS is win 200pro. Any suggestions.. thanks

Does anybody know what to do with this one: I have Painter 6.1 on a Mac G4. I upgraded my Photoshop from 5.5 to 6.0.1, and now when I open a PSD in Painter, most of the layers are missing. Thanks in advance, Barry

I have recently exorcised my computer (not intentionally, it just would not start) of everyting, and now I have to re-install Painter 6 (the upgrade.) It first asks me to get out my old Painter 5 Product ID, but thenl, when I try entering that one in, it says "Not a valid Painter 6 Product ID."... more »

Hi, I have Metacreations Painter 5.5 but it came on a computer magazine. I now want to upgrade so that I can use all those fantastic, groovy tools that everybody is talking about. So am I eligible for the upgrade price or will I have to buy the full version? Thanks, Raj.
