Scanning problem with PhotoPaint 10 & SP1

I have been scanning my brochures within Corel PhotoPaint 10 and creating
PDFs for the web. It all worked great until I applied SP1. Now all images
seem to be washed out in PhotoPaint as well as my PDFs.

To get arount this problem, I have to scan using Kodak Imaging that comes
with Win98, save the image to a Tif format, open the Tif in PhotoPaint. Now
the images looks great - just like before SP1.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
