can not load watercolor brush

hi there:
I can not load the brush library after I created a watercolor layer and the
watercolor brush option disappeared from the palette. When I use
WindowExplorer to look at the folder, I can see that all the brushes are in
the watercolor brush folder, but I can not load them because the folder is
empty when I try to load them using the Load brush Library command underr
the pulldown menu.
What is wrong, please help.
