Like Jim Chagares below my newly installed trial version on my brand new
computer refuses to open (well it opened once after the install). Maybe it
didn't like what I said about the digital watercolours!! Now which key was I
supposed to hold down . . . ah that one but no, it doesn't want to know.
Uninstall/reinstall still no go! Was it the key you were refering to Jim or
was it the program itself?

So much for taking the advice to 'try it for a while and you might be
pleasantly surprised'. Well I would if I could. I have to say I've had a
great deal of laughs with Painter over the years and it looks like there are
plenty more to come.

Come on Jin what's the secret. Only you seem to have a hotline to the gods.

Hi Ron,
it was the "Shift" key.
One other thing: 512 MB for your system is not a lot, the more RAM you can
have the better, especially when you use Painter and Photoshop.
Perhaps then things will run better for you.
best,
Bernd
