Two conversations in the forum: Building a better mailing plugin + comment policies

Hey guys,
There are two conversations going on in the forum that I'd love your input on.

Will Davis is seriously considering either refactoring MailPress or
building a WordPress email newsletter plugin from scratch. He's
looking for input on what works and needs to be added:
