Here is an Argentine co-op that networks printing worker co-ops, which is similar to what we can do.  Similarities include:  

-   Group purchasing has lowered the cost of paper

-   Sales marketing provides orders for the members and splits up large orders amoung them

-   Helps access government subsidies

-   Helps members get access to capital

-   Was initially funded by a grant and then became self sustaining through commissions and a small membership fee
