Get to know everything you
can about your members. Before you launch any
promotional campaign, be sure it's in line with
your members’ needs, their priorities – and
attuned to their lives. If you don't know enough
about your members, then poll them. Don’t worry
if your budget’s tight, there are some very good
free web applications like Survey Monkey you can
