From: Brad Sherwood <sherwoo...@yahoo.com>Date: March 29, 2013 4:37:14 PM EDTTo: Larry Dansinger <ro...@psouth.net>Subject: Converting businessesThanks for the input folks. I had seen the coop data page but hadn't studied it yet. Didn't know about the NCBA database. They will be great tools to use.One of the best strategies we can take is to convert current businesses into worker coops. Identify those for sale and those struggling. Let it be known that we are seeking businesses to purchase. There may be some that would like to sell out but have no hope of finding a buyer. The advantages are many. Facility, customer base, name recognition are already established. If we develop a list of people that would like to join or form a worker coop then we could match opportunities with people on the list. Through PR efforts we can create such a listHave a good weekend everyone.
