A short survey about how you use your CMS

Hi everyone

I am doing some research into how authors use their CMS, and how
familiar they are with structured content.

I've made a short 10 question survey about the topic, and I'd REALLY
appreciate it if you filled it out. I need to compile results by the
end of this week.

Also, I'm looking for some screen shots of blank 'page' templates -
what an author sees when they create a new page. If anyone is able to
provide me with one for the CMS they use (it doesn't have to show any
content, I'm interested in what options an author sees when creating a
