Content Curation

Recently (or should I say finally?) assigned a Content Curation project for my very large enterprise in the healthcare industry.

Looking for suggestions on tools, approaches, best practices, blogs, etc. on this topic. Naturally I have searched, done some of my own reading but curious if anyone here has their own suggestions, experience, thoughts they might be willing to share.

My task is to develop the entire strategy (tools, content, resources, workflow, governance, etc. ) and eventually implement it.
