1) Drink daily at least 9 glasses of water that is naturally charged or
magnetized but uncontaminated with chlorine or fluoride,
using yerba mate`, herbal, or green tea instead of coffee, and avoiding
carbonated sodas and alcohol.
2) Avoid vaccinations, pharmaceutical drugs, and commercially processed
foods (which are commonly contaminated with unhealthy ingredients, such
as preservatives, or addictive ingredients, such as monosodium
glutamate, usually labeled as MSG but sometimes disguised as "hydrolyzed
vegetable protein").
3) Maximize raw foods (raw greens, raw vegetables, raw fruits, raw nuts,
raw seeds, and raw honey), minimize cooked foods
(because cooking destroys enzymes), and use vitamin and mineral
supplements only when appropriate.
4) Create your own unique diet based on the following percentages that
give top priority to raw leafy greens, which are rich in chlorophyl and
provide perfectly balanced nutrition: leafy greens (romaine, spinach,
kale, collard, chard, escarole, bok choy, plus herbs of the mint family
and the parsley family) 25; vegetables (including carrots, beets,
broccoli, cauliflower, onions, and garlic) 15; vegetable-like fruits
(including avocados, tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini) 15; regular
fruits (including bananas,
berries, apples, pineapples, mangos, peaches, pears, and melons) 15;
citrus fruits (including grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, lemons, and
limes) 15; nuts (including almond butter) and seeds (including sunflower
seeds, freshly ground flax seeds, and ground cayenne pepper) 5; grains
(including rye) 5; honey (or xylitol, stevia, maple syrup) 3; eggs 2.
5) Use a blender to access the supreme nutrition contained in raw leafy
greens, and allow your diet to revolve around delicious
green smoothies which combine a different raw leafy green with different
fruits (bananas, berries, apples, pineapples, mangos, peaches, pears, or
melons) on a rotating basis in an ongoing experimental adventure. (For

6) Use juicers for citrus fruits but not for greens, vegetables,
vegetable-like fruits, or regular fruits (because the digestive system
requires fiber).
7) Replace meats with nuts, eggs, or mild cheese, minimizing dairy,
using virgin olive oil instead of butter, and avoiding milk, ice cream,
and refined sugar altogether.
8) Use commercially available strips of litmus paper to measure the pH
balance of your urine on a regular basis, so as to maintain a healthy
alkaline pH balance above 7 and avoid an unhealthy acidic pH balance
below 7, because diseases such as cancer can

9) Always bless your food with feelings of love and gratitude before
eating; walk or jog at least one mile every day; and make the empowering
choice to dance your way through life with lighthearted laughter,
releasing all judgmental emotions through the
