Best way to setup collections per user?

hello,
Thanks for all the help so far. I now have Constellio up and running
with a http connector and dbconnector

I am looking for some suggestions on the best way for me to go
forward. I need to explain my setup alittle.

I have a site with > 2000 users that each have their own user space
both disk and DB

what is the best way to setup(or is it even feasible) searches for
each users data that is just for them ?

Do i set up a collection for each user? and if thats the way is there
a way to do that via an API?
