Hey there
As the title above the reason for this it contains the newest version of Slic3r and it's getting a bit annoying for me to come every week and extract the archive to the desktop

I'm pretty sure our start up script cleans the desktop every time the laptops are booted to ensure that the default settings always work.
If we need to update to a new slic3r then we need to update the source for the script and it will be pushed down to the Laptops on next boot.
