PTFE tubing for an Makerbot MK5

Hi

I was wondering if anyone on the list could give me any tips about supplies of 1/4"OD 1/8"ID (or 6mm/3mm) PTFE tube. 

I broke the insert in my Cupcake MK5 testing the filament from my desktop filament extruder.  I only need 100mm though I will be looking for more no doubt as the testing goes on.

Has anyone had this problem, or know any suppliers who can help?
