Didn't mean to imply that you did.  I should have been more clear.

Just wanted to make a broad statement ... so that our list didn't slide
into the intricacies of Hackintosh, etc.

EULAs are sometimes like companies leaving little legal landmines for
their customers.  Not the most friendly behavior.
